The comb came well in just two weeks and it works great. I used it at 150ยฐC and my hair is thick, frizzy and not very long. Nevertheless it worked like a charm and left my hair really straight and smooth, without the need for any additional hair smoothing products. Overall it’s a good device and I would recommend it. Only cons: in the instructions it says that the hair has to be completely dry – so it’s not suitable for damp hair. The chord could also be a bit longer.

Arrived fairly quickly. But instantly disappointed as although I ordered a GB plug (which is a 3 pin triangle) it came with a 2 pin plug that I can’t use. Contacted seller who insisted it was GB plug despite me sending pictures and was told to buy an adapter. Not happy with this response. I ordered and paid for GB why should I now pay for an adapter.
